CANCELLATION POLICY
Unique U Cosmetics esteems in providing unsurpassed, high-quality treatment plans by ensuring that appointments are appropriately scheduled to allow adequate time for each treatment. While any and all payments are non-refundable, Unique U Cosmetics is happy to ensure all concerns are addressed as we aim to command your satisfaction and achieve your treatment goals. To reschedule an appointment, please call our office directly within 24 to 48 hours in advance, or your appointment is forfeited and deducted from your total session package.

We recognize that time is valuable and have implemented important policies to maximize the time of both our clients and our service professionals. Our "Missed Appointment Policy" below helps us to achieve service excellence and avoid any impact on office flow. When a client misses an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for your allotted time.

Missed Appointment Policy:
If you miss your session ("missed" also counts as arriving more than 15 minutes late for your session), your appointment MAY be rescheduled, IF Unique U Cosmetics has time for a rescheduled appointment. However, a missed treatment session will be deducted from your total session package and will not be replaced unless your purchase another session. It is the responsibility of each client to arrive on-time for their appointments to avoid the enforcement of our Missed Appointment Policy.
